Wonderful random discovery. We had nacho app, then shared beach pie, crab cakes, and fish tacos .. All were yum but the pizza was amazing! Red wine was chilled and crisp. Will be back. Only negative was the tiny inside space so bad weather would be a concern.

Stopped here because the breakfast spot we planned on going to next door was mysteriously closed. It's a tiny little western vibe restaurant. The breakfast/brunch menu was short but had enough of a selection to please most people. I was set once I saw cheesy grits. I got avocado slices on the side and a "flirtatious cowgirl" cocktail which was delicious! (Vodka, champagne, pineapple juice and lemon juice). Our waitress was nice enough and overall we really enjoyed our breakfast. My husband got the "big waffle" and loved it, so big he couldn't finish the entire thing.

My grilled shrimp quesadilla was delicious, as was my husband's shrimp, chorizo, and grits plate! Our server was very sweet. My only complaint was that the chips that came with the queso tasted like they were store-bought.

Here on vacation and put our name in with a 30 minute wait, no problem did a little shopping. After 50 minutes we never received a call so I called them. with 2 kids just curious if they had passed our name on the list. The woman that answered responded "excuse me do you think I know how long it will take people to eat!" Bummer because 2 people had recommended it! Sorry there are plenty of restaurants we will glad eat at before here! RUDE!

Not terrible not great. Got the job done but nothing on the same caliber as other restaurants on 30a. Relatively cheap and quick but probably won't be back.

It seems like the place may be going down hill. We had lunch here. I had the pulled pork tacos. They were just ok. I wouldn't say they were bad but they didn't quite live to my expectations. Wife had nachos. She said they tasted like any old nachos you get from bar. Daughter got the Mac and Cheese. It was... Greasy? Which I thought was kind of odd. The based on food alone I would give the place 3 stars. However, the hostess is your typical stuck up rude college girl l. We did get a chance to catch up on what her and her beau were up to as he came and sat at the table next to us while they shared some nachos together. Overall, if you're in Rosemary and there is no wait, go for it. Food's alright and a little cheaper than the other places.

Meh. Mediocre service, food, and environment. It's not terrible, but I wouldn't recommend it to a friend or return here.

Great food! We've been coming here for years on annual girl's trip! Neat establishment. The waitress was beyond rude both times we've been in. Others aren't helpful either. It was like we were a bother. So sad for such a cool place that used to be our favorite.

Best Steak Burrito I've ever had!!!! Not to mention the Chocolate Chip Chalupa. All eight of us at our table said it was the best meal of the week.

Really enjoyed Cowgirl Kitchen for lunch. While a small interior, there is plenty of room to sit outside. They also appear to do a brisk take-out business. Two of us had the Beach meets west shrimp salad with a nice taragon sauce. It was light, but still filling and tasted great. One person had the blackened fish tacos which were very good. My two boys had the grilled cheese sandwiches which were huge and everyone seemed to enjoy. Each plate also comes with a mini blueberry muffin that was a great touch. The breakfast and dinner menus also looked very good so we look forward to trying Cowgirl Kitchen for another meal on this trip.

Terribly slow, food was average. The employees seemed to be flustered with the kitchen.

Good shrimp tacos, good fish tacos. Our service was top notch. We'll go back.

The new decor and sit down service make for a relaxing experience. Explore all the tacos. Best place in Rosemary for a casual lunch or to grab a beer and a game score.

Pro: You can get your drink to go - they will even put it in a plastic solo cup for you. This is very helpful for those walks back and forth to the beach. Con: They (apparently this is common) aren't big enough to sell liquor. Their cocktails come with "wine-based" alcohol in them, so you are basically drinking a wine cooler. Sometimes they will tell you this and sometimes they will conveniently forget.

Dinner menu is decent. Very small but sat outside. Service was good. Meatloaf was great but mac n cheese seemed to come out of a can. My wife liked her chicken salad. Beer and wine a huge plus.

Cute, Quiant market along 30A. Grabbed some Wine, snacks, and Yummy mango ice tea from here before heading to the beach to catch some rays. Great market and cant wait to visit again next year.

AMAZING! I love everything from CK breakfast tacos are amazing! pizza fantastic! By far the best staff and service! They are also Vegetarian Friendly! Camp fire dip is to die for! Great for the whole family! We have been coming here for years and will continue to bring our business to them!! Especially after such bad service and food with other restaurants in the area (Wild Olives) Things to try: Veggie Hummus Wrap, Drunken cowgirl pizza, Spinach breakfast tacos!

We are staying at the pearl so we ended up eating here three times in a week for some casual food. Every time the service and food were great. It isn't fancy, but that is exactly what we were looking for. Great fish tacos, fresh salads, crisp pizza and yummy queso. Consistency in the food and service is also a huge bonus.

  • Bryan J.

We waited an hour for a table. The food was worth it! The chips and queso were great. It seemed like it was a white cheese base with smoked green chilies. I also had the shrimp quesadilla with mango salsa. It tasted so fresh and it was truly outstanding. Highly recommended.

Well my mom said don't say anything if you can't be nice. Mom said nothing about typing on Yelp. Cold hard facts. Very busy Memorial weekend. Rule #1. If there is not a line or a wait at a restaurant, the place probably sucks. Unfortunately I went against rule #1 and ate at this place because I was hungry. For $7.99, you get slop in a bowl. Seriously, this is a bunch of cr@p in a bowl. Bloody Mary's were weak and mimosa was made with TANG powder juice. Forget about using the WiFi in this place. The owner is too cheap to have a guest WiFi for customers. Basically this is a bar that has no niche and a cheap owner. I am just calling it as it is folks. Save your disappointing experience. The water was good.

I had hoped for a better experience, given that they were selling Cookbooks based on this place, across the street. I opted for the BBQ Chicken Salad, and the Chicken looked as if it had been pre-chewed, not the most appetizing thing I've seen. Also, I am a strong believer, that if you are a waitress, you do not need to be singing along with the Pandora Station, especially when you don't exactly have the golden pipes to do so. Quietly humming is one thing, but full voice is another.

Love the breakfast it is superb. Andrea is a great waiter! THE PIZZA IS ALSO DELICIOUS!!! Pancakes, waffles, migas and more! Great location as well!

Maybe I'm missing the mystique, but I wasn't impressed at all. We have many friends who frequent Rosemary Beach. All of them said Cowgirl Kitchen was a "must go" restaurant. The place was always packed. Either the herd mentality reigns supreme or these people have the same dang friends! I slid in there to have a beer and look over the menu. Figured the wife and I would come back later and have a full meal. I grabbed a seat at the bar. I'm not sure who designed the bar. But if you have legs, you're gonna be uncomfortable. However, I can easily overlook such insignificant issues. Hell, they had beer. I'm not sure if the bartender hated me, her job or both. Or she could've just been having a bad day. Who cares, they have beer. Wait ... it seems the majority of the hipster staff was infected with Rudebola. Once again, they had beer. The longer I stayed there, the less I wanted to return. Can't comment on the food because we decided to be treated like shit elsewhere. In sum, if you're going to have hipster positive vibration phrases tattooed upon your flesh ... at least TRY to live up to it. This being said, Rosemary Beach is a wonderful place. We had wonderful experiences every place other than Cowgirl Kitchen.

Underwhelming. Slightly disappointed. Great location and outdoor seating. Food: Ahi tuna sampler tasted like it was from a frozen mix. Waitress suggested "wild hog" pizza as its most popular. I don't think she knew the menu very well. It was horrible. Overall the experience was on par with Applebee's quality of food. If that's what you want, you will enjoy. But in the plush area of Rosemary I expected more.

We put our names down at 10:30 to eat breakfast. Didn't get a table until 11:06am and we were informed we couldn't get breakfast since it was past 11. That was upsetting. Got melt sandwich but they didn't melt the cheese even. Had to send it back. Table next to us found long long hair in food.

Good Food, Great Location Cowgirl Kitchen is a great place for lunch. During my family's vacation in nearby Santa Rosa Beach, we decided to go for a nice long bike ride down 30A. We passed the Cowgirl Kitchen along 30A and thought that the restaurant smelled amazing. After a few more miles, we were hungry for lunch. We were in Rosemary Beach, and decided to visit the restaurant that captivated us along the ride. We were seated almost instantly outdoors and were helped a few minutes later. We all knew exactly what we wanted to order, and our waitress was very charismatic. We ordered a dip as an appetizer, and I loved it despite normally not liking many dips. I ordered a shrimp taco, and thought that it was great even though it had a kick. My family all enjoyed their meals, and were constantly attended to. The most interesting thing that occurred at Cowgirl Kitchen was the system of paying. Cowgirl Kitchen uses an iPad for the check, and it was very neat. If you go to Cowgirl Kitchen, just watch out because it may be challenging to notice that the signature page also has a tip button that must be tapped to process the order. I enjoyed the location of Cowgirl Kitchen because my family was able to lock up our bikes in a nearby grassy area, and were able to see the beautiful Gulf coast. I give Cowgirl Kitchen four stars because everything was great, however the interior of the restaurant was small and would be loud with many parties eating. Eating outside is definitely the way to go for a busy day.

Nice little restaurant with quick great summer food. Not ideal if you have younger kids but nonetheless good food.

  • J W.

Best food place we tried during our week long vacation to 30A! I was a little hesitant thinking it was just a pizza place and since we are at the beach I wanted fresh seafood for all my meals. Cowgirl Kitchen pleasantly surprised me with their famous fish tacos and crab cakes -- seriously delicious! I found the best seafood dinner of our vacation at a place I never would have expected. The house salad with lemon vinaigrette is amazing! So fresh, it tastes straight out of a garden. Great place for kids, too.

Selected this place for breakfast and was well pleased. The food was well prepared and the service was extremely friendly.

Tonight we had Roni's pizza (pepperoni) and the Local, which is pepperoni, sausage and bacon. the pizzas are very thin and taste great. Slightly greasy, but considering the meat toppings, it was to be expected. We also had the pulled pork tacos, a deal at $8.00. Very good, my kids loved them. We also had the crab cakes and blackened shrimp quesadillas. The crab cakes were nice, lots of crab and good crab flavor. Not too much filler. The quesadillas were a bit plain, but the amount of shrimp was good and the taste was great. We had this all to go and the food was ready when they said it would be and the service at the front where we paid was fast, friendly and efficient. For the money, I'd say it was a pretty good bargain and would definitely go back.

  • Kyle P.

Shrimp tacos were excellent, only complaint is.... Its cramped. Bar is literally 3 feet in front of the seating and with waitresses going in and out you feel the need to hunch over to avoid abrasion. Other than that fun little place with decent food and drinks.

  • Nicolas B.

Their dinner pizzas are fantastic. Although to-go is an option, sit and eat a meal. The hot Drunken Cowgirl pizza is such a unique pizza and the flavors are amazing, best right out of the oven. Surprisingly unique is the BBQ chicken pizza with a sweet and tangy sauce. Lunch sandwiches like the turkey BLT are well done. Even their breakfast tacos pack a punch. Waits can be tough, but we try to schedule different eating times to get around it.

A casual spot for a quick bite and cold beverage is exactly what Cowgirl Kitchen is! At a great price point for the area with food that reflects a higher asking price, you can not really go wrong with stopping in this place on a trip to the beach. A few favorites would have to be the pizzas and the shrimp tacos! One of my favorite reasons for being a frequenter of this place is the staff, especially the bartenders! Brittney in particular!!! If you are in the 30a area...do yourself a favor and check this cozy little place out!

  • Jason L.

The menu was creative and had several interesting items - enough for me to start planning a return trip even before my order got to the table. BUT - it went downhill quick. A lady working there got into an almost argument with a member of my party about missing bacon on the ordered bacon cheeseburger (isn't the customer always right?). In addition my grouper fish taco was less than average. The fish was over cooked and tough to chew. My wife said her fish sandwich didn't taste fresh. For these reasons we decided not to return. It's a shame, I expected more from the menu and the prior reviews on yelp.

  • Brent W.

Great food. Had the Pulled pork taco - great combination of their pork rub and sweet cole slaw. Awesome flavor combination. Wife had the steak burrito. Not your average burrito. Great flavor in the steak, and lots of other nice additions inside the tortilla - corn relish and hot peppers. Well worth the visit and not too fancy.

Read about Cowgirl Kitchen and decided to give it a try. The first night we went, I hade a frozen piña colada and it had almost NO taste and I was not impressed. My friends had beer and it's hard to mess that up. The chick behind the bar never smiled and seemed to be in a bad mood. On another day I decided to order my lunch to go. They seem to be popular with the beach crowd as it is very close and easy to grab lunch. I ordered the shrimp quesadilla and it was good. Overall, I was underwhelmed but I would recommend them if you are in a hurry and want to pick up some food on your way to the beach.

  • Patty S.

The hummus wrap and green chili tacos were our favorite items and we would gladly reorder those. Their nachos were pretty good, albeit I wish they had more of the toppings. Their pizza was nothing to write home about though which is what brought this down a notch. It seems to be the place that is always packed which can be good or bad.

CGK is the best! We have been coming to Rosemary for years and CGK is always a place we frequent. Great pizza & their breakfast menu is the bomb! Try the praline bacon waffle - it is the best! We love CGK!

  • Kaitlin W.

Absolute favorite restaurant on 30-A. The chicken nachos at CGK are the most wonderful food in the world. The thin crust pizzas are also delicious! There is a wide bar with a good beer selection on draft, but still a family-friendly atmosphere. A great casual restaurant in the heart of Rosemary Beach!

  • Michele S.

Quick and delicious! Breakfast is a must and served till 11am. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming inside, but they also offer outdoor dining! Cheese grits with jalapeños--yes! Had Mama Nogi's ---egged over corn tortilla with avacodo, bacon , and cheese! Love the fresh Homemade salsa!

You simply won't believe this story. We've been eating here for at least 5 years so we are accustomed to the long wait. What we are not accustomed to, however, is the disrespectful , arrogant and down-right rude attitude coming from the young girl who was hostessing this evening. Upon reading some of the poor reviews listed here, also commenting on the rudeness of the hostess, I can only assume she is a relative of the owner. Why else would anyone tolerate staff treating customers with such utter disdain? There were too many encounters with this young person to list here, so I'll just relate the most absurd. After waiting the customary 40 minutes to be seated, our party of 6 was placed outside at 2 separate tables. When we attempted to scoot the tables 12 inches toward each other so we could all sit together the young girl came and scolded us (complete with eye roll and exasperated sigh) for doing so...I walked inside to see if we could be seated there instead and this is what happened. Now, keep in mind that there was NOT ONE SINGLE SOLITARY PERSON sitting at any of the tables in the ENTIRE RESTAURANT. NOT ONE. Then the young hostess actually said this to me...we were not allowed to sit inside because their policy was that once you were seated you could not move tables. Obviously any rational human can understand such a policy during a really busy time. I felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode. I looked around and pointed out that no one was sitting in the entire restaurant, except at the bar. Then a polite, yet over-zealous server came to her aid and actually said to me, "yes, but you already accepted the table outside so technically you can not change tables." It's pizza and a salad...not a chess tournament! Fast forward to the end of this ridiculous story...we sat inside. I concur with the other poor reviews that this establishment has "gone down hill." Little Miss congeniality need not worry her pretty little empty head. We will never darken the door of this place again. It's sad because this was one of our favorite traditions. Just too many other places to eat. The food was fine. But who would subject themselves to this absurdity again?!

Big pig was awesome! The Bleach Blonde on tap is great! My lil Cowgirl(wife) had delish fish tacos! Hannah was the best server we've had! Very friendly & attentive!!!

  • David F.

Super convenient if you are just coming off the beach and don't want to mess around with getting ready to hit a full on restaurant but would rather just chill out and relax in an informal atmosphere. Seating is pretty tight but it's not the worst. I found that it's a great place to eat if you have kids cause there is a toy star nearby that could keep them somewhat occupied while you get some food. Speaking of the food, it is not bad but is not a knock your socks off kind of place in regards to that. I've had some good stuff like their tacos and have had some other dishes that tasted like they were in the microwave for a bit.

    (3)
  • Ann P.

Nice and cozy place. Extremely friendly staff!! Didn't like my order because it had something I couldn't eat so they offered to remake it without any questions! That a lone just completely took my breathe away. Love this place!

  • Katie I.

Four stars for price alone. A welcomed respite to spend under $60 for a meal for 4 on vacation. Food was ok. They do have salad options, which is nice. Good options for children. Very small inside, so expect to wait. I wouldn't recommend for a large party. We had 10 people and had to wait and ultimately got split up. Pizza was not great, but again, the prices were very reasonable which made us happy after a week of shelling out big bucks for mediocre food. Crab cakes and fish tacos were decent and came with a salad.

    (4)
  • Wade G.

Ate there three times in three days. Two of those experiences were above average. One was below...cold food...cold eggs at breakfast no less. Three dishes of the four on the table were cold and appeared to have been sitting around. To their credit, they were very positive about swapping one out. (We only asked about one.) Mexican breakfast tacos ruled...when they came out hot. Service was above average.

Eh. We're from Texas, so it was nothing special to us. Great location right on the Main Street, so it's very convenient coming out of the beach, etc. I had fish tacos which were decent but nothing to write home about. Kids ordered a fajita burrito, and loved it, but I'm guessing it was 2000 calories. Wine selection very small. Service good, very cheerful, helpful, courteous.

  • Eric S.

We really liked this place. Ate here our first night in Rosemary and just happened to walk by. I'm from Texas so I know queso and am skeptical getting it anywhere outside Texas (same with all Tex Mex). But it was really good. Maybe a little too thick for my taste but really liked the flavor. The salsa too was surprisingly great. We shared a margarita pizza which was delicious and a chopped salad which was okay. Looking forward to going back and trying some of the other menu items or picking up from their location across the street. Service, too, was great. I lost my credit card there and our waitress was about to start digging through the trash to help find it (I stopped her and canceled the card) but it was a gracious gesture.

  • Carrie S.

Cute little place but it cannot handle the amount of people that want to eat there. Last year and this year there were issues with service. The food is not bad it actually pretty good but leave your expectations on service at the door. Be prepared to wait and wait for a table and your food. When you question the service get ready to have the manager/bartender yell at you from across the room.

    (3)
  • Brian M.

MIGAS!!! Spicy, bacon and grits!! I mean c'mon.....what more could you want in a breakfast?! Only complaint....if you're going to advertise "the best" Bloody Mary, don't use a non- gluten friendly off the shelf mix. Make it your own blend and bring it!!

    (5)
  • Bill W.

Though we have eaten here before, tonight was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend the 30A pizza. Crust was thin and delicious. Loved the olives. Go there when ib Rosemary Beach!

    (5)
  • Steve E.

Just above average food, below average "I care" attitude with staff, location is terrific for Rosemary dwellers, but not worth a special trip for those staying elsewhere. Beer list is boring. If you're there and you're hungry, be my guest. If seeking it out to be special, move along. We have had several dishes here and decided nachos and shrimp quesadilla are the go to options.

    (3)
  • Cory P.

Blackened Shrimp Quesadillas are fabulous! We also ordered the fish tacos which were not a big hit but I think this is just personal taste. The dining area is tiny here but the staff seemed up to the job with prompt and friendly service.

If you a Bloody Mary connoisseur then this is the place for you!!! They NAILED it. I have dreams of getting another Bloody Mary when we come back to Rosemary Beach in a couple weeks.

Pizza was great! Breakfast Tacos were great!

  • Ann R.

One of a handful of places serving breakfast in Rosemary Beach. The food was okay...a tad underwhelming for this Chicagoan and her midwesterner guests who all thrive on big breakfasts to get us through the day. My tip, if the folks at CK read this: please, please hire additional servers for weekend mornings. Our server was so sweet, but so overwhelmed. All tables were full and dealing with orders, coffee refills...picky children (and adults)...I felt awful for her and her workload. We were last there over a weekend in late September, so while off-season, the 'hood was still hopping and bopping on the weekend bringing lots of folks in off the street.

  • Michelle C.

Love hitting this place on our bike rides back from the beach. "The Local" pizza is delicious and the nachos with chicken were very tasty. The seating is cozy and fun. We also love getting takeout from here as well! You can't beat grabbing tasty pizzas just a couple of blocks away.

We just returned from a week in Rosemary Beach and we ate there THREE times - need I say more!! Twice we called in lunch orders from the beach - Blackened Shrimp Quesadilla with a mango pico and melted cheese was outstanding. Also ordered from lunch menu the Pulled Pork Tacos and Drunken Shrimp Tacos - both were perfect. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Very convenient from beach if you are sitting near the Pearl Hotel. Our last night, we did not want to cook so went there for dinner with 6 adults and two babies. We there was only seating for two other parties of four and a table for two plus some limited seating at bar. In August, you definitely DO NOT want to sit outside. I am pretty picky about my pizza and their Thin Crust Dough with hint of Italian seasonings was outstanding!!! We had the Roni's Pie and you could tell how fresh the cheese was by the way the cheese melted. I tried the Shrimp, Chorizo 'n Grits and was superb (paying for the calories now but enjoyed it!) Did not get there for breakfast but heard that the Praline Waffle made with Praline Bacon was to die far. Considering prices of other restaurants in RB - definitely best deal in Rosemary Beach. Lots of kiddie options for our 1-year old babies.

  • Jon C.

Ordered 5 pizzas. 3 roni's, 1 Cowgirl & 1 whole hog. Very good. We also ordered the smoked tuna dip....yuck. Starkist with minimal smokeyness. Skip the "smoked tuna dip" here, but do not miss the CGK.

  • Gary G.

My wife and I ate here 2 nights in a row during our stay at the Pearl Hotel. 1st night the "Local" pizza upon recommendation, delicious... The 2nd night, 2 more pizzas in our room; the "Drunken Cowgirl"and the "Beachy"...the cowgirl was good but cannot give it a fair assessment because the BEACHY is hands down the best pizza we have ever eaten, almost indescribable. The drunken sauce, the fresh cheese, the lump crab and shrimp and their beautiful fresh crust. Refreshing and sinfully good. Highly recommend it.

    (5)
  • H J.

Food is ok but service is a little abrupt and rude. Never seen waitress frown so much. If you want scrambled eggs with no cheese make sure to let them know. Also if you eat like a cowboy this kitchen is not for you. Everything is "gourmet". Although nothing that special. I think waffle house could give them a run for their money and probably provide much better coffee and service.

    (3)
  • Rocky B.

Probably the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Think of a frozen pizza from a grocery store. Now think of a frozen store-brand pizza from the grocery store. Now think of a frozen store brand frozen pizza that had thawed, been refrozen, all the ingredients had gone bad, then microwaved and served. You get the idea. Absolutely positively rank! My wife and I were convinced that the sausage had been cooked and sat on the counter for days! We honestly were not sure if it the ssausage bits were extremely bad or if the things that looked like sausage were extremely bad mushrooms. Maybe they have something better here to eat, but we will never return. Too many other good places to eat in the area than risk another horrible lunch here. The ONLY reason that you will eat here is that you will be happen upon the place while you are hungry and haven't read the Yelp reviews.

  • Jeremy H.

I would really like to give this place more than 3 stars, it's a nice local restaurant with a great caring staff, but the food wasn't anything impressive. They do take call ahead seating which is nice since there are only 3 tables inside. I had a crab cake sandwich which wasn't that great and I've had better tomato bisque from a can that didn't cost $6. We ordered chips and queso and had far too few chips to match the queso. The meatloaf wasn't bad, wasn't great either, just kinda plain. I tried a bit of everything that everyone in our 6 person party ordered and none of it was memorable enough to write about. Kinda sad when so much detail went into the atmosphere which is great, good artwork, great decorations, nice layout for the space they have...but not enough time has went into the menu,

I try not to do one star reviews but this place deserves it. I visited Rosemary Beach for a wedding. The morning of the wedding a few friends also in town for the nuptials dined at Cowgirl Kitchen. Since this is a resort town there are only a few restaurant options and this was the least expensive. The food was just average--nothing special. Our service was okay while at the restaurant but that's where it ends. Upon checking out our waiter brought out an iPad and said they were new. He scanned my boyfriend's card and another guy in our group. He came back outside after a while and said that it didn't go through and needed to scan my boyfriend's card again. My boyfriend was reluctant and asked if he was going to be charged twice and the waiter assured us that it didn't go through the first time. Well we flew home the next day and by Monday when the charges went through lo and behold he was charged twice. Now lunch for just he and I with each of us getting a drink was around $50 with tip so he was actually charged almost $100 for lunch which is ridiculous. It was a nightmare to deal with since we don't live in Rosemary but in Texas. We called the restaurant and explained the situation and said we still had the receipt and everything. We were told that the owner would call us back. The owner never called back. When we called and finally reached the owner she essentially told us she didn't see two charges. Why would we lie about this, seriously? The waiter specifically told us the iPads were a new system and they were working out the kinks so clearly they didn't know how to use them yet. Multiple emails and phone calls with the owner went unreturned. Luckily our bank refunded our account but the fact that they absolutely didn't care at all and were completely unwilling to help us rectify the situation earns them one star.

Was a bit skeptical due to some negative reviews, but we loved it! Great pulled pork tacos and shrimp tacos. Excellent service. A but warm and crowded inside, but we'll be back!

Horrible!! This is possibly the worst breakfast I have ever had and the worst for the cost. The staff is disorganized and the kitchen took at least 40 minutes to get our food. My sandwich was served on a hamburger bun that probably came from the grocery store. Will not go back.

Wife and I went to CK the last week of June 2012 and really enjoyed it! Breakfast tacos with chorizo are some of the best I've ever had, and I'm from Texas! Very nice staff. Quaint place in a cool setting. Even ate at the other location 2 days later!

While Rosemary Beach has the class, Cowgirl Kitchen has the sass!! Superb breakfast menu, however, my all time favorite post-beach snack is a big plate of Chicken Nachos (served after 3pm) and a couple of ice cold Blue Moon's on tap. For dinner, if you don't have a Hoo Ha Pizza, you don't know what you're missing. Take a Drunken Cowgirl, replace the green olives with sliced jalapenos and you've got a pizza to die for! Staff there is AWESOME - always friendly and always serving it up just right! Just make sure you tip the Cowgirls and Cowboys!!

After a long day of traveling, my husband and I were looking forward to a good dinner and good beer. Unfortunately neither happened at CK in Rosemary Beach. First of all it was barely after 5pm and one of their special draft choices was unavailable....on a Tuesday?!?! And then we ordered our daughter the corn dog, which was clearly printed on the menu...and yet again it was unavailable. My husband and I both ordered a pizza because of all the rave but were very disappointed. It was our first experience with CK, and I will be shocked if we return.

Alway wonderful! My favorites are the Drunken Shrimp Tacos and the Fish Taco Salad. Still trying to figure out the salad dressing ingredients. Ask for Brittany she is the best! Always smiling and helpful. The entire staff is great. You will enjoy the experience. Love sitting outside enjoying the Rosemary atmosphere ... Enjoy!!

A few changes and this place would be great. Chicken salad-how hard can that be? Add some grapes, pecans, etc. it's bland chicken with some pepper and onion currently. Fish tacos are also bland. Don't cowgirls like it with a kick? Drinks were ok...flirtatious cowgirl is the favorite

Perfect example of a place that does not have to try too hard because of a great location. If you need ( not so ) quick and easy and have low expectations for the meal this place is perfect. Anything above that you need to move on....

Terrific and fun. Great atmosphere for brunch. The breakfast sandwich on ciabatta with spicy mayo was terrific. Great staff. Just simple and good.

We stopped in for lunch with a group of 8. While none of us thought it was awful, no one was impressed. I had the pulled pork tacos. They were ok, but there are a lot better places for pulled pork in the area. The girl behind the counter was a little less than friendly too, almost like our being a customer was slightly annoying. Again, the place wasn't bad, but there are SO many better options within 5 minutes that I'd say try something else.

We go to 30A a lot and there is definitely a lack of decent restaurants there. Cowgirl Kitchen is unfortunately not an exception. Our sandwiches were pretty blah and pizza was not great either. Ordered a spiked lemonade and the girl just went and got pre-made Minute Maid from the drink machine and put in a shot of vodka. It was disgusting... and this is coming from someone who is a cocktail lover! Wish I had a better recommendation but sadly I don't. We LOVE 30A but are always disappointed in the food.

Went there during our vacation and stay in Seacrest. The food was excellent and the decor enjoyable.

My turkey-avocado sand-which was served on flimsy mass produced sandwich bread, and they forgot the avocado. Granted when I asked for my avocado and then they delivered a couple slimy slices in a cardboard container. Honestly, I'd skip it. There are much better places in Rosemary Beach and Seaside.

Whoa horsey! If you haven't been to this cozy little cowgirl kitchen in Rosemary Beach, its a must! It is perfect for this beautiful little beach town! We went to Rosemary Beach not too long ago for vacation, and we frequented Cowgirl Kitchen several times during our stay! You just go to the counter, place your order, and they bring your food out to you. They have amazing lunch and dinner specials just check the board outside - I had the Country Fried Steak with gravy, and I licked my plate! They also have amazing southwestern style food on the menu too! (Tacos, enchiladas, etc!) For kids they had these cute mini-hotdogs with mac and cheese that was delish and perfect for little hands. Their location on Mainstreet is perfect for grabbing a bite to take to the beach! They cater too, so if you aren't in the mood for going out - pick up some catering and take it back to your house! If you are in the mood to have some drinks, they have a bar located inside with a tv that they will turn to your fave game if you ask! Friendly staff and great mom and pop kind of place. We will definitely be back next summer to say Howdy!

Sharpen your spurs and get to the Cowgirl Kitchen in Rosemary Beach, the best chuck wagon on 30A! Startin' at sun up until the stars come out, CK serves up breakfast, lunch and dinner grub that'll make you sit up straighter in your saddle. Don't miss the Drunken Cowgirl pizza - shucks, just go ahead and order two. On the way out, pick up a take n' bake casserole or one of the many other ready-to-go dishes (don't miss the Mexican Tuna Salad or Corn Dip).....and don't forget to wink at Dale before you go.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
